Terms of Service
Last updated: May 4, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ad Columns Chrome extension, the website at adcolumns.com, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Ad Columns (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By installing the extension, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. The Service
Ad Columns is a browser extension for Meta Ads Manager that helps you save, switch, and apply column setups. The Service is provided “as is”. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
3. Accounts and licenses
Some features require a paid license. Your license is personal, non-transferable, and tied to your purchase. You are responsible for keeping your license key and any associated credentials secure. You may not share, resell, or sublicense your license without our written permission.
4. Subscriptions, billing, and renewals
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until you cancel. Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, who handles billing, taxes, and invoices. By subscribing you authorize Lemon Squeezy to charge your payment method on the recurring schedule shown at checkout.
You can cancel anytime from the customer portal link in your purchase receipt. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
5. Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on new purchases. See our Refund Policy for details and how to request a refund.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source of the Service except as permitted by applicable law;
- Circumvent license enforcement, share license keys, or use the Service beyond the seats covered by your plan;
- Use the Service to violate Meta’s Terms of Service, applicable law, or any third party’s rights;
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts;
- Use the Service to build a competing product or to scrape data at scale.
7. Third-party services
The Service interacts with Meta Ads Manager and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. Meta may change Ads Manager at any time, which can affect how the extension works. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the Service compatible.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including all software, designs, and content, is owned by Ad Columns and is protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose while your subscription is active.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with future versions of Meta Ads Manager.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ad Columns and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for breach of these Terms or for conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to us or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (e.g., by updating the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, by email). Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws of your place of residence provide otherwise.
