Refund Policy

We want you to love Ad Columns. If it’s not the right fit, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on new purchases — no questions asked.

1. What’s eligible

  • New purchases. Any monthly or annual subscription purchased within the last 30 days qualifies for a full refund.
  • One refund per customer. The 30-day guarantee applies to your first purchase. Repeat purchases of the same plan after a refund are not eligible.

2. What’s not eligible

  • Renewals. Auto-renewals (monthly or annual) are not refundable once charged. To avoid an unwanted renewal, cancel before the renewal date — you’ll keep access through the end of your paid period.
  • Purchases older than 30 days. Requests received more than 30 days after the original charge are outside the guarantee window.
  • Abuse. We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of fraud, license-key sharing, or repeat refund requests.

3. How to request a refund

Email support@adcolumns.com from the email address you used at checkout. Include your order number or license key if you have it handy. You don’t need to explain why — we just need to be able to find your order.

4. How long it takes

We typically process eligible refund requests within 2 business days. Once we issue the refund, your bank or card issuer usually returns the funds within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record.

5. What happens to your license

When a refund is issued, the corresponding license is deactivated and Pro features in the extension stop working. You can keep the extension installed and continue using the free tier.

6. Cancelling without a refund

You can cancel anytime from the customer portal link in any Lemon Squeezy receipt. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period. No refund is issued for the unused portion of an already-paid period (outside the 30-day guarantee).

7. Statutory rights

This policy is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any statutory refund or cancellation rights you may have under consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction (for example, the 14-day right of withdrawal for EU consumers).
